Paul Hassler graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's of science degree in economics and a minor in finance.  He began his career as a wire house broker.  He continued his career working for Bank of America, INVEST and Protective Life.

Throughout his career in banking, investments and insurance, Paul has witnessed the increased importance and growth insurance products provide in the banking and investment distributuion channels.  In 1991 he founded Premier Financial, Inc.  Premier established a reputation as an experienced service oriented marketing company of insurance products with banks and investment advisors.

​

He is married and has two children.  In addition to playing golf and tennis; he also owns a farm in central Nebraska.

Darin has been with Premier Financial, Inc. since 1994.  In that time Darin has been a big part of the growth of Premier Financial, Inc. from an annuity only brokerage general agency to a multi-product agency.  During Darin's career at PFI he has had roles of increasing job duties and resposibilities.  By taking a holistic approach Darin is able to work with agents and clients to provide a total financial plan that is solid, yet has the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.

Outside of work Darin enjoys golf and spending time with his family.  In the community Darin is active in the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, the Lincoln Community Blood Bank and his local church.

 

 

Crystal graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2006.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration while majoring in Management and Marketing.  Crystal worked part-time at Premier while attending college full time.  She earned her life and health insurance license in August of 2005.

 

As a life insurance specialist, Crystal will assit brokers with marketing life insurance products as well as case design.  Whe will also assist brokers with illustration support and product inquiries.

 

Away from the office, Crystal enjoys watching movies, playing cards, and spending time with friends and family.  Crystal and her husband Craig have two children, Delaney and Cooper.

Joanne has nearly 30 years of experience working in financial-related positions and marketing products such as health insurance, disability insurance, long term care, fixed annuities, variable annuities, mutual funds and securities.   Joanne also holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses, as well as numerous insurance licenses.

 

Joanne's experience includes prospecting and building relationships with agents, educating representatives on products, features, and sales ideas as well as personal sales.  She has worked in numerous capacities that have given her a wide diversity of industry understanding.  Most recently, Joanne was the regional marketing director for Ameritas Variable Life Insurance Company covering all states west of the Mississippi River.

 

As regional vice president with Premier, Joanne is responsible for introducing new products and providing product training and sales ideas to brokerage firms, financial institutions and independent financials professionals.

 

JoAnne enjoys golfing, bowling, playing the piano and spending time with family and friends.

Bobby comes to Premier Financial with nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.  With stops at Lincoln Benefit Life and most recently at Assurity Life, Bobby brings a wealth of carrier knowledge to Premier.

Working in the sales and marketing areas of both Lincoln Benefit and Assurity, Bobby brings a strong ability to compare products and find competitive advantages that our advisors and agents can use with their clients.  

Nikki graduated from LSC with a business administration degree.  She has 20 years experience in the Insurance industry working at Principal, State Farm, Lincoln Direct Life, and Premier Financial, Inc.

 

She joined PFI in August 2004.  Her focus is Licensing/Contracting.  She also assists with commissions and other general office duties.

 

Nikki and her husband Jeff have 2 children, Ashlyn and Logan.  Away from the office, Nikki enjoys watching her children play sports as well as spending time with friends and family.
